-Receipt of location address from client

-All internal functions notified

-Jurisdictional regulations compiled

-Site survey completed by TFASIGNS

-Initial layout package is created and provided to client

-Client sign off will be required to move forward

-Design will be sent for landlord approval (if required)

-Permitting is submitted to city/county/town/etc.

-Permits are approved, or revisions are needed

-Upon permit approval production will commence
